Canstruction Designs
Our Middle School Algebra and Geometry students were team leaders in groups of two and worked with our elementary school classes to collect cans and donations and build their uniquely designed Canstruction shapes out of can goods. All cans will be donated to the Central Texas Food Bank at the end of being on display on our campus. More pictures and totals of cans will be reported as students do a final count of all of their cans. Thank you to Allison Reese of the Souper Bowl of Caring and to Katarina Villasenor and Daniel Haskovec of the Austin Canstruction organization for serving as judges on February 1st, 2019, along with Rabbi Neil Blumofe and Rabbi Gail Swedroe of Agudas Achim Synagogue in Austin, Texas.
